To all the Holy Trinity Hall Users – please call Rev Julie to check current guidelines for group bookings and the use of the Hall.
If you choose to go ahead and use the hall, please bring your own hand sanitizer etc for your group/ club/ event. You need to be made aware, as I am sure you already are, that the hall is not cleaned after every use, which normally works fine. I am unable to come into the Hall that regularly, and so please do wipe down surfaces etc that your group may be using. So we will have to say that using the hall is at your own risk, understandably.
If you could please let me know if you will not be using the hall, just for our records, You can do this by email or leave a message. firstname.lastname@example.org tel 01892770436
Many thanks again for your continued support of the hall and sorry for the generic email, but as I am sure you can imagine, I have a lot of people to contact.
Kindest Regards and wishing you all good health.Rev Julie Sear
Trinity Hall is located in the substantial grounds of Colemans Hatch Church.
If you wish to hire Trinity Hall, please contact Mrs Penny Dickens on 01342 824276. If you find you do not get a response from Mrs Dickens, then email CJ .
The Hall can be hired by the local community and it is made available for group meetings (Morris Dancing, Wood Turners, Hartfield Singers, Mothers Union, W.I. and the Horticultural Society Autumn Show) and entertainment. Holy Trinity has a display at the Horticultural Shows. It is hired out for PCC meetings, Sunday School, Study Courses, Wedding Receptions, Birthday Parties, Elections and Meetings.
The area between the Church, Trinity Hall and the lower lawn offer the opportunity to erect a Marquee. The maximum size marquee would be 16 metres x 27 metres, allowing for around 250 people seated. Trinity Hall could accommodate around 60 people seated and slightly more for a standing buffet. The Hall is served by a modern kitchen, disabled access and toilets.
